Our Story
Vision
Mission
Haven of Healing Ministries (HHM) was officially birthed in the summer of 2020 during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. The ministry developed out of the vision of Rev. Karen, the lead pastor, who had started a home Bible Study group with her children a year earlier in the summer of 2019.
In the early months of the coronavirus pandemic, other friends began to join the family’s Bible study. Within a few short months the study grew by word of mouth as attendees began to invite other friends and relatives from the USA, Jamaica and the UK.
By August 2020, Rev. Karen and a few of the attendees formalized this vision of redefining the way we do church into what is known today as Haven of Healing Ministries.
HHM shall be a Spirit led community, modelling the life of Christ, reaching the lost, providing healing to the broken, and empowering them to live out their God- given
purpose until Jesus returns.
To lead this generation to Jesus and into the fellowship of his family, build them up to maturity in Christ and equip them to serve humanity for the glory of God’s name.
Community Involvement
Feeding the Homeless - Hamilton, Ontario
In partnership with K'Annaj Eatery, we serve hot meals to the homeless in Hamilton, Ontario twice per month.
